We ship nationally across the UK and also Internationally, too. There will be additional fees for International postage. We always aim to post your ornaments as soon as possible. During busy times, are lead time can be up to 3 weeks, but we would always hope to have your order with you before this. If you have an urgent order then please get in touch and we can try to help you. We are happy to advise on our current lead times - please just get in touch.

Do you use solid gold?

Yes. We always use solid gold. We provide solid gold in Yellow or Rose Gold and 9 carat or 18 carat options. We are proud to also provide Fair Trade gold, on request.

We care actively and passionately about the protection of our environments. All of our Collection is made in the UK. Are ornaments are beautifully and carefully packed, using high-end recyclable packaging from UK or European suppliers, to reduce air miles. Our packaging products are all crude oil free.

How long is your lead time?

We will always deliver your Ornaments to you as soon as possible. During busy occasions, lead times can be 2-3 weeks. If you need your Ornament quickly, please contact us and we can do our best to help. There is an additional fee for urgent orders.
